Paul Bley - Footloose! released in 1963 on Savoy Records, MG 12182. From the matrix & etchings in the run-out grooves we understand this to be an early second pressing according to Discogs information.
Degritter cleaned, the vinyl has an excellent lustre with no marks apart from a very faint " streak" across Side A which could be from cleaning fluid in the past, and a cloudy patch on Side B. Neither of these affect playback. Graded EX
Playtest reveals a warm, mellow yet vibrant & detailed mono sound. A low noise floor for the age with occasional light crackle in a few places but nothing that spoils an enjoyable listening experience.
The rigid cardboard sleeve is solid with light seam wear and corner rubbing.There is mild ringwear, discolouration and a number written in ink to the rear but overall really good with no splits, tape or tears.
The original paper inner sleeve is present.
The record will be sent in a clear archival outer sleeve separated out to prevent transit splits.
