These all primarily came from a Record Store just outside of Philly that closed down in the 90s. Since then, they have been in our Family's possession and the collection has grown out of control since.
This lot includes records & pic sleeves from the 1980s and majority are in Collector/DJ grade quality. Anything warped, heavily scratched/damaged, or sleeves that are in extremely bad shape - have been removed and turned into a "Recorded Memory".
Some may have BPM/DJ notes written on Sleeves and/or label as well. Some may have ring wear on the sleeves.
The entire collection (not just this lot) has been in temp controlled storage and/or a home for as long as I can remember (many years). There was a Master File at 1 point with cat#'s and info but it was destroyed a few year back due to a damaged hard drive. I started building a new one, but made it to about 100 and gave up. Just don't have the time.
In total there are around 8,500 45's. This lot is just for (25) picture sleeves (150 pic sleeves in total), but I will be adding lots for all Records & CDs eventually (total of around 25,000 Records). We're dumping it all (except the family favs).
We don't have to leave this completely random (unless you like to be surprised). I am cool with the buyer picking some from a single genre or Artist. We are down to the 1980s. Classic Rock, Motown, & Hard Rock were the first to go. This lot is primarily Pop, Pop/Rock, New Wave, Freestyle Latin, Soul, and stuff you heard on the radio or that a DJ would play at a Wedding or Party.

Vinyl Quality: VG to NM
Sleeve Quality: G+ to NM | Reason for G+? | Some of the pic sleeves have some minor top folds/bends, small imperfections, and bottom slits. Most would consider that VG (I consider them G+ it's just a me thing)

Each lot winner will receive a gift or 2 as, there are just simply too many and I am tired of tripping on them. The wife is gonna make me sleep on the crates & shelves pretty soon. I'd like to graduate to the couch at some point.
These have been visually graded and not all are tested. Every item will be double checked before it leaves here and I will call out any issues (if applicable) prior to shipping.
If you want me to dig up cat#'s for particular releases, plant IDs, credits, and take additional pictures etc - Well, simply put, time = money. I have no problem doing it to help, but you are paying for my time. I accept Venmo, Zelle, or BC. Cash for locals.
Let me reiterate the above - If you want a picture or 2 of the exact lot, that you plan on paying for - that's fine. I am talking about the folks who will have no intent on buying, but will want me to do all the research for them. You know, like the people found on FB Marketplace & Craigslist.
I'm out of 7" Poly's but I will ensure they are packaging safe and secure. They will be split between (2) 7" pro record mailers (8x8x2), then placed inside a larger box. Media Mail is the default shipping option.
