This is the super rare Original first edition of Paul Smith's 1967 soul record of " Aint That Something" with the flip side of " Only Once in a Lifetime" record number 1004 on Jacklyn yellow label. The sleeve is generic however I am including a plastic outer sleeve. The media play & label of this record is VG+ CONDITION.
