The second album from the brothers Reid, originally released in 1987. Darklands is more accessible and hooky than Psychocandy, leaving most of the feedback and some of the noise behind to focus on the songs and to make a clear break from the legendary debut album. With tracks such as “April Skies”, “Darklands”, “Happy When It Rains” and “Nine Million Rainy Days” the Reid’s proved they had plenty of great songs in them and wouldn’t be boxed in by the past. An all out classic from the 1980s reissued on 180 gram vinyl.

Shipping

At City Hall Records we understand that you want your LPs to arrive in the same condition they're described.  So, we pack them carefully in a cardboard mailer, insulated with thick cardboard pads on each side, and with reinforcement on the corners. We want to be sure you get your LPs in the same condition in which they leave our warehouse. 

We've shipped hundreds of LPs to eBay buyers and have had no complaints about their condition.

Quality Control

Since all of our items are factory sealed we will not be responsible for an item's condition unless (you ask us to) inspect it.  Even though incorrect, defective or damaged product is very rare, we highly recommend that you allow us to inspect your item before we ship it out.  Just let us know by writing PLEASE INSPECT when making your purchase.   

 

If there is something wrong with your record that could only have been seen by such inspection, and you did not request it, we will not be responsible for it.

Also, many LP buyers prefer to have the disc shipped outside the jacket to minimize damage to the jacket.  If you have requested that we inspect the disc, then we'll pack it outside the jacket.

 

Insurance

Like all eBay sellers, we're required to ensure that every shipment reaches the buyer in good condition. For that reason every eBay seller is self-insuring, and must build that cost into their selling price and/or shipping/handling fees. Nevertheless, if you wish to buy your own insurance, you may. Simply ask us to include insurance prior to payment.
