We do our best to safely pack all shipments. All shipments will include a delivery confirmation.

USA SHIPPING & HANDLING:

--Item(s) will normally ship out within 1-4 business day after payment, and USPS tracking number will send to buyer's email shortly thru PayPal.

--Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico need to ship via USPS Priority Mail.

--S/H fees cover postage fee, packaging materials (envelope, shipping label, printing, etc.), handling & packaging, and delivering to mail facility.  If you do not agree with these costs, please DO NOT bid!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING:

--Item(s) will be shipped out from the United States or Hong Kong within 1-7 business days after payment.  International Air Mail normally takes about 7-15 business days depending on your country's custom processing.

--We ship item worldwide except for a few countries which insurance companies do NOT cover, such as Brazil, Poland, Dominican Republic, Malaysia, Estonia, India.  (Due to too many claims, insurance companies deny insurance coverage for these countries.)

AUCTION SALES POLICY We will contact the winning bidder via e-mail within 2 Business days after the auction has ended.  Winning bidders must confirm their order within 3 business days after notification.  Additional instructions for completion of sale will be included in the e-mail notification.

Payment must be received within 7 business days after order is confirmed, or the winning bid will automatically be voided.  Exceptions to this rule will be made on an individual basis. Please contact us within 3 days if you need special arrangements.  If a winning bid is voided, negative feedback will be recorded, and the auction house will be notified.

We reserve the right to cancel the bids of any new eBay users, eBay user with 0excessive bid retractions and eBay users with negative feedback.

We do our best to accurately describe the item for sale but we are not responsible for typographical errors in auction descriptions.  Please verify all specifications on this item yourself prior to bidding, not after you receive the item.  Most orders shipped within 3 business days of receipt of verifiable payment.  We reserve the right to void the entire auction and not award the item if a bid retraction occurs in the last 24 hours of the auction.

No refunds are available, we can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Incorrect Quantity or Incorrect Item Shipped, Freight Damage (Recipient must make claim with shipment carrier first).

We cannot issue an exchange product for any other reason than stated above.
