Super UK FIRST pressing of the classic Deep Purple LP, 'Machine Head', EMI/Purple label TPSA 7504, A-1U, B-1U matrix suffixes, 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd....' on label rim.
The Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold outer-laminated sleeve is in very nice shape, with a few light edge creases, one small corner crease top right on the front gatefold, and some light roughness to the opening edges, minor points on a super sleeve with clean, glossy laminate that easily grades EX!!
Poster with three folds has never been pinned or stuck, one tiny crease at one of the folding corners, but extremely minor - grades EX+!
Vinyl plays extremely well, with superb, clean, strong audio! The surface is very clean, glossy and shiny, with only a few light hairlines. There is a little surface crackle at the start of each side, but this dissipates very quickly. A lovely copy that grades EX!
