 “Restrictions” by the band Cactus, released in 1971 on the ATCO label (SD 33-377).  Formed in 1969, Cactus is a heavy rock blues band that consisted of some of the best and hardest working musicians of the day.   The 4 band members on this recording are:  Tim Bogert (bass & background vocals), Carmine Appice (drums, percussion & background vocals), Jim McCarty (lead guitar and slide guitar), Rusty Day (lead vocals, harmonica & percussion) with the additional personnel noted on the back:  Ron LeeJack on slide guitar and Albhy Galuten on piano.
