Playing an eclectic blend of soul,jazz and funk topped with loads of percussion and a great San Francisc laid back vibe,they made some of the finest "Crossover" albums of the mid 70's.. Like so many of the albums that I am listing at the moment,this is in TOP condition.. Issued by Island Records on 16th June 1975..ILPS 9378..UK pressing in a non laminated sleeve The disc is in fantastic condition..It looks like it has never been played...It has that sheen of virgin vinyl and it has no scratches or scuffs.. It plays as well as it looks..It plays MINT..No clicks or pops and a clean and undistorted sound that just bursts out of the speakers.. The disc plays flat on the deck with no edge warps or dishing.. The labels are undamaged with bright colours and untarnished text..They look like they came out of the factory this morning!..There is absolute minimal spindle wear... The sleeve is EX minus..White sleeves tend to show every tiny ravage of time!..This sleeve has a little ageing and it has a little dischape. It has no rips,tears,seam splits,stains,scribble,stickers or other such defects...All the text on the spine is legible.. You are welcome to collect this in person or  from The Southend Record Fair (8th June) and then the second Sunday in each month)..Where there are LOADS of great albums and singles offered for sale... There are delays on post going INTO the USA due to an increased scanning of packages at US Customs (Anti terrorist measures,I believe)..Parcels ARE being delayed and delivery may take a MONTH!!.. The Russian Federation is also having delays on deliveries ..This is due to the sheer volume of parcels going into the Federation..Again,expect delays!.
