VG : The disc will display greater numbers of light marks and scratches
VG- : At least one mark of which can be felt with a fingernail
G : The record will have heavy wear: any amount of marks, both lighter and those which can be felt with a fingernail
P: The record will have heavy heavy wear, heavy scratches, and at least one mark creating a needle jump
