I bought this Beatle 45 rpm record the day it came out and played it again and again and again until their next single was released. It hasn’t been played in more than 40 years. The vinyl finish is dull, but there are no scratches or cracks. There’s some groove wear, and light surface hairlines/scuffs that should not affect sound quality. 
The picture sleeve, on the other hand is in pretty good condition. The sleeve is pretty clean for 40+ years old. My records were always handled with care. There’s very light ring wear, with no seam splits, or edge wear. There’s a teeny-weeny crease in the right corner on the “Help” side and a tiny tear on the “I’m Down” side. There is also no tape, no stickers or writing.
