All items are graded VISUALLY (that means I don't have time to listen to them all) unless otherwise noted.  I make every effort to grade them accurately/conservatively, but if you are not pleased with your purchase I accept returns according to Ebay guidelines - just contact me. (Resolution will be a return of the item, typically not an adjustment to the selling price, and buyer pays return shipping).  If you are international, make sure you review shipping terms.

Grading is: NearMint (highest grade used on an opened record) / VeryGood++ (same as EXcellent) / VG+ / VG / VG- /G. I usually only list a record that's below the VG- grade if it's very rare/hard-to-find. I only use MINT if the record is sealed.

Payment is requested within 3 days unless combining, and I will combine for up to 1 week....just let me know. If there has been NO communication after 3 days, an unpaid item case will be opened. There is really no justification for bidding and failing to pay; it's unfair to serious bidders, and a real inconvenience to the seller. It's really pretty easy - you win it, you pay it, I ship it, you play it!

MILES DAVIS "Kind Of Blue" This record has been play- and visually-graded.

VINYL: VG, nice gloss, light marks and hairlines (none deep or feelable), 3 very visible surface scuff marks on side 2 (not feelable). Record plays through nicely with light to moderate background surface noise. Labels clean with light spindle marks.

COVER:  VG-, avg overall wear, chipping and shelf wear on top/bottom seams and corners, top 5" split, small tear edge of back slick, tiny and faint writing on arrow top front, minor creasing front.

OTHER: a decent looking/sounding copy of this in-demand jazz classic!
