RARE NEAR MINT LIVING STEREO copy of Anthony ("Tony") Perkins second album for RCA Victor, "On a Rainy Afternoon."  Accompanied by a small ensemble of six musicians (John Mehegan, piano;  Eddie Safranski, bass;  Chuck Wayne, guitar;  Hal McKusick, alto sax;  Jimmy Cleveland, trombone;  and Jerome Richardson, flute), this is a nice album for listening with someone special either on a rainy afternoon, a sunny day or a warm evening.  Selections include:

The record (LSP-1853, Living Stereo, large dog) is almost pristine with hardly any surface noise;  the jacket is as nice with no chips, splits and hardly any wear;  the inner sleeve is the original.

All of our records are "visually graded" and we also double check the sound and clean them when we write our descriptions. If an album is still sealed when we offer it here on ebay, we let it remain sealed in order for the buyer to have the opportunity to open it when they receive it. Only records that are still sealed get a Mint (M) grading for both the record and the jacket;  if the shrink wrap is open or gone, yet the record is in an unopened poly sleeve, the record will get an M and the jacket will get an NM, or Near Mint.
