READ CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY: I am selling a complete collection of THE CHARLIE PARKER STORY (Vol 1-3) and THE GENIUS OF CHARLIE PARKER (Vol 1-8). These are all STILL SEALED except for ONE, which is NM in shrink. This record has the black Verve label, with MGM notation at the bottom. The record is fairly thick and heavy, typical of that era. Shrink is good and tight. I believe the release date on these is MID-to-LATE 60's (and of course, they have no bar codes), but not sure. Due to several recent bad Ebay experiences involving SEALED LPs, I am deviating from my usual return policy and offering NO RETURNS on these (several buyers attempted to return sealed records after opening them.) As most rational record collectors know, the value is greatly diminished after a sealed record has been opened. Secondly, I am making NO representation as to the state of the vinyl. I'm ASSUMING that it is mint/unplayed, but it has NOT been opened or inspected; thus NO GRADE ON THE VINYL will be provided. Finally, sealed records sent through the mail are very prone to having a bit of the shrink (or even the seam) split by the edge of the vinyl cutting into it. It's hard to avoid. I will do what I can to prevent this, including VERY tight packing, plus placing the record in plastic with tape on the 4 outer edges where the vinyl would tend to cut them. Nevertheless, I am going to cover myself by describing each as POSSIBLY arriving with at least one small cut in the seam/shrink...even though none have this condition at time of shipment. In addition, I am going to cover YOU by adding a surcharge to each shipment of $2.00 for packing and  INSURANCE in case this happens. Should damage occur, the record will need to be RETURNED TO ME at BUYER'S EXPENSE. THEREFORE, shipping will be $5.99, NOT $3.99. Wait for my invoice.
  
Payment is requested within 3 days unless combining, and I will combine for up to 1 week....just let me know. If there has been NO communication after 3 days, an unpaid item case will be opened. There is really no justification for bidding and failing to pay; it's unfair to serious bidders, and a real inconvenience to the seller. Nobody likes to chase, or be chased, for payment.
