 Mr. Bungle's debut for Warner Bros., originally released in 1991, is one of the most difficult major label "rock" records of all time. Led by Mike Patton and with downtown New York legend John Zorn as producer, Mr. Bungle is a twisted and schizophrenic ride through genres from metal to klezmer, all punctuated by Patton's brutal, filthy, and often hilarious lyrics. Faith No More may have seen greater success but there's no doubt that Mr. Bungle was the better representation of Mike Patton's artistic vision. Brutal and brilliant, and reissued on 180 gram vinyl.

Vlad Drac is actually Mike Patton of Faith No More.Although Mike Patton found fame and fortune as the singer for Faith No More (with their 1989 breakthrough release THE REAL THING), he was first a member of Mr. Bungle. Instead of quitting his former band when he accepted FNM's vocal offer, Patton decided to keep both projects going simultaneously. In the wake of FNM's big success in the early 1990s, Mr. Bungle was signed to Warner Bros., who issued the band's self-titled debut in 1991.  Mr. Bungle was far more abstract and all-over-the-place than Faith No More, with little regard for conventionality, song structure, or any sort of borders between musical genres. Strange ditties such as "Quote Unquote," "Slowly Growing Deaf," "Egg," and "My Ass Is on Fire," have are bizarre creations that inhabit their own weird world, and they've become classics to fans that appreciate the band's musically proficient absurdity.

At City Hall Records we understand that you want your LPs to arrive in the same condition they're described.  So, we pack them carefully in a cardboard mailer, insulated with thick cardboard pads on each side, and with reinforcement on the corners. We want to be sure you get your LPs in the same condition in which they leave our warehouse. 

We've shipped hundreds of LPs to eBay buyers and have had no complaints about their condition. Here's how we pack:

After you’ve used the Buy It Now button on each item:

1. Go to My eBay.

2. Click the Won link on the left side of page.

3. Click the Pay For All PayPal Items button on the bottom of the page.

4. Check your shipping address. If any information is incorrect, click the Change shipping address link to update it.

5. Confirm the order details, including shipping and taxes. Click the Continue button.

6. Click the Request total from seller link to request total.

Wait for us to modify the shipping rate on the invoice which we will send you the first business day after you’ve done this.  

 

Sealed LP Inspection Service

Since all of our items are factory sealed we cannot be fully responsible for the condition of the invisible part, unless (you ask us to) inspect it.  Even though incorrect, defective or damaged product is very rare, we highly recommend that you allow us to inspect your item before we ship it out.  Just let us know by writing INSPECT in the note to seller box when paying via PayPal.

If there is something wrong with your record that could only have been seen by such inspection, and you did not request it, we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty product back here, or for the shipping of a replacement item to you. We will replace the faulty item, however, as long as you pay for these freight costs.

Also, many LP buyers prefer to have the disc shipped outside the jacket to minimize damage to the jacket.  If you have requested that we inspect the disc, then we'll pack it outside the jacket.

International Customers

International customers; the rates shown for shipping do not apply to you.  Please input your country on the "Shipping and payments" page to see the rates.  And, if you intend on buying more than 1 LP, please click here: to find rates for your country, as the calculator in eBay doesn't do the job.  To get these rates please allow us to invoice you at the time of your purchase.

If you're in a country other than U.S. or Canada, please note you'll get the best per-unit price and fastest delivery on your LP shipments by ordering at least 4 discs at a time.

We enclose an actual invoice with your shipment and do not falsify customs valuations.

If you are at an address where there are customs duties, and you have ordered an amount that puts you just over the limit for avoidance of such duties, we're willing to do you the service of discounting the merchandise a little upon request, if you'll allow us to make up for it with an equivalent increase in shipping and handling fees. We'd want your agreement to give us good rankings for fair shipping/handling fees in such instances.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Insurance

Like all eBay sellers, we're required to ensure that every shipment reaches the buyer in good condition. For that reason every eBay seller is self-insuring, and must build that cost into their selling price and/or shipping/handling fees. Nevertheless, if you wish to buy your own insurance, you may.
