We ship Monday thru Friday and will ship your order on the next business day following your purchase. We do NOT ship on weekends and Holidays.

All records are shipped in a custom sturdy corrugated cardboard mailer (tested 200 pounds) made specifically for shipping records. All record mailers include cardboard filler for additional protection and all records come with an inner paper or plastic sleeve.

 

FREE Shipping via USPS MEDIA MAIL in the United States when you buy any one (1) record by itself valued at $50.00 or more BEFORE shipping cost.

FREE Shipping Via USPS MEDIA MAIL in the United States on COMBINED orders valued at $100.00 or more BEFORE shipping cost when you pay for the entire order on the same day.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: 

USPS MEDIA MAIL: $4.00 for the 1st record.  $1.00 for each additional record purchased AND shipped at the same time. 

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: $8.00 for the 1st record.  $2.00 for each additional record purchased AND shipped at the same time.

 

DOUBLE-RECORD PACKS COUNT AS 2 RECORDS WHEN COMPUTING SHIPPING COST.

 

RECORD, LABEL and COVER GRADING

We have made an honest effort to grade each record based on our experience and according to widely accepted grading standards. We seldom encounter grading issues and have been selling on EBAY for a number of years with many, happy repeat buyers.  Please email us should you have any questions.

We do NOT grade record labels, however, if a label has pencil/pen markings, stickers or damage of any kind we will note this in the item description. The vast majority of labels will be fine.

We do NOT grade outer record covers. Covers will range from Fair to Excellent. We discard any PLAIN covers that are in poor condition and replace them with suitable replacements.  12 Inch Single and LP Picture covers will NOT be discarded irregardless of condition.

Keep in mind 12 Inch Single Picture covers and LP covers in poor condition will only represent a SMALL minority and the MAJORITY of covers will be in Fair to Excellent condition.

All records are clean and free of fingerprints and/or dust to ensure the best sound quality.
