========My grading system is my own and not based on the record collector grading system===
======All vinyls grades === VISUALLY UNDER STRONG LIGHT===
======All vinyls are PLAY TESTED and ON YOUR REQUEST I DO FULLY PLAY TEST===
======All vinyls are in "excellent" to "mint" condition unless stated otherwise.================
======All vinyls (except looks "mint" or "near mint") are well cleaned before listing and placed in a new white poly-lined sleeve (if there is no original sleeve)=======
MINT- means record is unplayed and visually looks new / does not need to be play-tested and cleaned.
LOOKS UNPLAYED: denotes lack of any spindle marks but is not a guarantee that the item is unused.
NEAR MINT: means the record have been well looked after. Virtually flawless but may have some light hairlines or very minor marks that should not affect play i.e. paper scuffs. The occasional light pop or tic should be accepted as this is commensurate with all vinyls new or old and general near mint LPs will be without problems. Some may even look unplayed but even these may have noise.
EXCELLENT+: means the record has been played, may have a few more spindle marks or some non sounding hairlines or scuffs. I use + and ++ to grade the sound quality if I do play test.
EXCELLENT: means the record may have a few surface marks. Some COULD be audible or cause tics etc. The record may have spindle marks or a slightly dull surface. As with all vinyls there could be some background noise.
VERY GOOD- means there are some scratches and marks on the vinyl - but none which will stop the record playing well without jumping, but there may have some clicks, surface noise and crackle, pops.
GOOD - means there are many surface marks or deep scratches and signs of being play a lot - however the record plays ok but there is lot of surface noise and pops, crackles, jumps.
===RECORD COVERS: are carefully described and photographed:
NEAR MINT: nearly as new
EXCELLENT+: very tidy without stains, burrs or writing.
EXCELLENT: may have some edge wear, blemishes or light stains . Corners may be burred. Possibility of writing from previous owner.
VERY GOOD: will have minor damage, edge wear, tears or discolouring.
GOOD: will be tatty with damage, tears etc.
Any major damage will be described and shown on photo.
