US LP, Blue Note BLP 4185, 1964.  1st pressing, Van Gelder imprint, NYC address, ear.
Disk: EX--.  Some light marks across both sides of disk.  Owner's initials on both labels.
Sleeve: G.  Wear to edges, especially lower, corners.  Owner's name written in green marker pen on front above title, creases across two corners, staining and damage, back bottom (see pic). Notes: With Carmell Jones(tpt), Blue Mitchell(tpt), Joe Henderson(ten), Junior Cook(ten), Teddy Smith(bs), Roger Humphries(dm)

This album is from my own collection, which I started in 1966.  More to follow...

Ratings:  NM - near mint, spotless disc; EX - excellent, negligible signs of wear; VG - very good, some superficial marks on disc; G - good, with obvious signs of use, but not too much, should play well enough!
