We gladly accept PayPal. Payment is due within three days of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. Washington state residents are subject to sales tax.

Shipping
Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs can be determined by the shipping calculator on this page or are pre-calculated flat rate. All packages are shipped with tracking via USPS. Any item over $100 will be insured. Any item over $250 will be shipped with a required signature confirmation. We do not declare items as gifts. Although we pack very carefully we are not responsible for uninsured packages.

Any furniture item larger than 36"x36" is considered a large item and will not be shipped by USPS. We coordinate the delivery of our large items with the buyer. Before purchasing large items, please contact us so we can determine the estimated shipping cost or arrange for local pickup.

Combined shipping is done at our discretion. If you would like us to combine purchases, please contact us immediately after the purchase and we will strive to accommodate your request. Large items may require separate boxes to ensure a safe arrival. Please do not check-out / pay until you hear from us, we will send you a combined invoice.

Purchased items may be picked up at our store in Port Townsend, WA. Please send a message through Ebay at the time of payment to arrange for a local pickup. When picking up an item, be sure to bring your paid invoice / proof of purchase and identification with you, as items will not be released without proper identification.
International Shipping We offer international shipping on most items less than 36" and under 50lbs. We ship USPS Priority Express Mail International with tracking. International shipping expenses are the buyers responsibility. If the item listed does not have international shipping as an option, we do not offer it. Additional taxes, customs and import duties are not included and are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's import office to determine these additional costs prior to purchase.

Terms of Sale
Ebay Store, Auction, Buy It Now and Best Offer items are also displayed and available for sale in our Port Townsend store. If the item is purchased in the Port Townsend store before the end of an Ebay listing, the listing will be terminated. In the unlikely event that the item has been sold and not removed from the Ebay inventory, the Ebay buyer will be refunded their purchase & shipping price. Return Policy Please remember the item(s) you receive are estate donated and likely to have wear and flaws from normal use. Please look closely at the photographs and feel free to ask questions before you purchase. If you feel an item was significantly misrepresented in our description, we will make it right. Please CONTACT US within 24 hours of item receipt. Returns are always accepted with a good reason. The buyer is responsible return shipping. Additionally, buyer will not be reimbursed for initial shipping unless there was an error on our part. All returns must be received back in our store in the same condition as originally shipped. We do not refund for buyer's remorse.
