The cover does not appear to have folds. A slight corner bend in the upper left hand corner. There is also a slight ping or ding mark that did not break the plastic on the opening. The cover does not seem worn but I can tell there is a double album inside the jacket by the outline of the record inside. I've tried to photograph it the best I could given the reflective nature of the plastic. Let me know if you need another angle.
