This album was purchased used in the early 60s.
The disc, which plays perfectly without jumps, has a 35mm x 1mm "nibble" to the outer edge at 12 o`clock.  Side 1 has two small scratches at 2 o`clock on The Maids..., which do not affect audio and three faint clicks midway through The Duke. The run off is stamped AA682013 ^ 1L = 1 // 420 VVV Side 2 has a 10mm light scratch at 7 o`clock at the beginning of Blues for Pablo, which results in six or seven isolated, mostly faint clicks between 1 minute and 1 min.45secs. into the track.  The run off is stamped AA682013 ^ 2L = 1 // 420 VVV
The partially laminated, medium thick card, outer sleeve is sound without scratches or creases. Clear tape to the edges of the slot has resulted in staining, more noticeable on the back, which also has a few dark stains and a 30mm loss of overlap at the upper RH corner.
