Visual Grading Scale for records

Sealed: Jacket is sealed in shrink wrap, disc is sold "as is" whilst graded NM

NM : Near perfect, no visible signs of handling

EX : A few visual imperfections, very very light marks (e.g. sleeve scuffs)

VG+ : May have light marks and at least one very light scratch

VG : The disc will display greater numbers of light marks and scratches

VG- : At least one mark of which can be felt with a fingernail

G : The record will have heavy wear: any amount of marks, both lighter and those which can be felt with a fingernail

P: At least one mark creating a needle jump
