Scans are of the actual item being offered [or one that is 99% the same].
All items have been cleaned, played & recorded to note timings & check sound quality.
[See Notes below about Reissues / Picture Discs & Chick-A-Boom price stickers].

SOUND QUALITY CODES;- [at end of each track above]
Please note that for sound quality code, vinyl is graded only on sound quality – not how it looks !
Vinyl may not be 100% flat, nor 100% central on spindle, and may have light visible surface marks or pressing blemishes [or maybe even fingerprints – Sorry ! ] – but nothing that affects sound quality unless it is noted in item description.
Sound quality grading of individual tracks starts with the sound element of the general condition code for the current* vinyl [as listed below] – followed by a minus code. [*See both notes about reissues below.]
For example 'M' = sounds perfect – recorded sound covers up the ever present light background hiss and ticks of vinyl passing under stylus [also light 'roar' of picture disc vinyl] – with no background noise or clicks audible on the track.
M-K= one light click audible.
M-K-K= two separate odd light clicks.
M-KKKFO = three close together / regular light clicks [light scratch] on Fade-Out.
M-KKKEFO = three close together / regular light clicks [light scratch] right at End of Fade-Out.
M-Rx4FI= regular light clicks [light scratch] for 4 revolutions on Fade-In / intro.
M-Q= slight background noise audible in quiet part of track.
M-QK= light click on quiet part of track.
KLY= light background crackle all through track.
RIN / RON / RION = run in noisy / run out noisy or both noisy.
[Sound code starting with 'X' = will have a very light background noise – 'V' = slightly more background noise – 'G' = obvious noise intruding on track – 'F' = noise & track competing.]
Various combinations at end of each track listed to give best guide as to what you will actually hear.
Extra code on some REISSUES;- If it obviously sounds worse than it should for the age of the recording - reissues are given an extra code or comment about source quality – [in brackets] after the current vinyl code. If current vinyl is 'new' and 'M' or 'X' - then invisible clicks are assumed to be from the source – especially on 1950's material ! [see reissue note below].

GENERAL CONDITION CODES -
M = Mint minus or near mint – exceptional vinyl – virtually unmarked as new, sounds perfect [for the standard at the time of recording / manufacture], but has been cleaned & test played. Labels & sleeve as new.
X = Excellent - 'new' vinyl probably sounds as good as the day it was made, but not quite perfect. Vinyl may have very light background noise & light surface marks. One obvious click is allowed [per track] before it is downgraded to 'V' condition.
Labels & sleeve - nearly as new, but sleeve often with light creases & friction [label] ring or vinyl impression ring from years in storage.
SS = shop 'display' sleeve – same as 'XX' but it will have spine creases & shop sticker [see note below] - study scans.
V = Very good - exactly that - somewhere between 'X' & 'G' – 'new' vinyl / label / sleeve - will have slight imperfection, with detail described above - used vinyl will normally have more surface marks and either have slightly more background noise and a slight deterioration of sound quality through being played often - or more background noise but no other obvious deterioration of sound quality of the track which will cover most of the background crackle - as in vinyl that has been mistreated but not played much - extra info in description above - used label / sleeve often stickered or marked & with creased or scuffed sleeve - check scans.
G = Good - 'new' vinyl will have a problem detailed above - used vinyl will usually have many surface marks and have both more background noise and a deterioration in sound quality through much use - but still plays well. Label / Sleeve – Tatty.
F = Fair - [for the more genteel collector, apparently.] - for the rest of you it's the word you first thought of, and the vinyl is offered purely as a Filler ! [Nasty looking & sounding, but still plays] - labels – floated-off & missing - sleeve - fermented & binned. [Wet storage]
D = Damaged - label / sleeve.
DR = Damaged Repaired / Reinforced original sleeve [with pva glued internal plain paper strips]   Original sleeve is always sent to maintain authenticity, unless it is beyond repair
KJ = Inkjet sleeve - either a chickaboom shop display sleeve or a scanned & printed copy of an original picture or company sleeve too damaged to use. Any damage may also show on the inkjet version. Print is not waterproof, colours weaker than the real thing, & supplied for reference only. [Chickaboom display sleeves are printed on front side only – copies of picture or company sleeves printed both sides.]
LC = Ex DJ poly-Lined Card sleeve – usually with title etc. written on one side – not scanned.
PP = Plain Paper sleeve – white unless shown in scan. ['PP' & 'LC' both graded as 'XX' condition.]

Feedback appreciated and returned.  NOTES;-

REISSUES condition code refers to the current vinyl - not the original source quality. Some source recordings - especially for 1950's reissues into the pre-digital early 1980's - were often dubbed from other records or sourced from raw and basic old recording tapes or acetates - not the digitally remastered quality available today. [where necessary an additional code or comment is given in brackets after the current vinyl code for dubious source quality]
PICTURE DISC & Foil sandwich discs reproduction quality is not always quite as good as conventional vinyl. The thin clear outside layers often have slightly more background crackle, plus any uneven content of the sandwich layers can cause light thumps - especially die cut internal shapes. Solid coloured vinyl should be as good as solid black coloured vinyl. [ Also note that clear vinyl goes brown with exposure to fluorescent tube lights over time, not sure about other lighting, but choose display site carefully ! ]
CHICK-A-BOOM shop price stickers were of the removable type - when they were stuck on 20-30 years ago - but that is no longer guaranteed ! Now they will almost certainly take off the glossy layer of a sleeve if tried. They are probably best removed with the aid of steam - paper first - then gooey remains - but even then may well leave an impression or square of slightly more vivid colour on the sleeve - where the sticker has protected a display sleeve from shop light bleaching. Other price & record company stickers were normally permanent.
