If the batter does not work at all, the item will be listed as "dead battery.” Returns on games with batteries will be accepted only if the game itself does not work or match the description. CONSOLES & ACCESSORIES: Game consoles and game accessories are guaranteed to be in working condition upon arrival unless being sold "as is." Returns on these items are only accepted if return shipped within the first 3 days after receipt and the item should be postmarked to reflect that. SHIPPING: Please make sure your shipping address on file is correct. Items returned for bad addresses will require buyer to pay additional shipping cost. We only ship to Paypal addresses per Ebay's policies. Please do not request us to send an item to another address.
