I'm at Mount Cotton, on the bayside of Brisbane, you're welcome to visit and browse the 1000+ other records I have yet to list on eBay (some played, most are sealed). The major genres I have at a glance would include most types of rock (indie, alternative, pop, punk), Americana/alternative country (Wilco, Ryan Adams etc.) and a little pop here and there. Most stuff was purchased between 2009-2011 and dates around that time plus a lot of 90s and 2000s with some classics. 
I no longer operate the business (Vinyl Café) that this record has come from and as such I cannot accept returns for any pressing issues. I no longer have a relationship with the distributor that supplied this stock.  And if the album is still sealed, I am obviously unable to grade the vinyl.
I am selling in good faith however, and prefer to disclose any potential concerns rather than conceal.  I had less than 20 issues or returns from thousands of records sold when the business was operating (and most were Australia Post related). I have no reason to think the remaining stock should be any different.
