This set was never sold commercially, and was available only to Metropolitan Opera
subscribers who donated $100 or more. :

PAYMENT POLICY

Payments are due within 3 days of auction close, or the item may be removed from your order and sold to someone else. A non-payment claim will be opened through Ebay for all NON-Paying buyers.
Due to a high number of "new" ebay customers not paying, any customer with a feedback of 7 or less MUST pay or at least contact us within 24 hours or the item WILL be relisted.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to confirmed addresses only.  We will ship to PO Box, AFO and FPO addresses ONLY if the item is small enough to be sent via USPS.  If it is large, it will most likely be sent via UPS which does NOT ship to PO Boxes. 
 We DO NOT SHIP Internationally.  We will ship to Canada for an additional fee.  Please ask if not listed
Shipping costs shown are for the continental USA ONLY.  Additional fees will be incurred if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Please inquire about shipping to these areas.
We will use the carrier of our choice, and transit times typically vary between 4-10 business days, depending upon distance from our shipping base - 07840-NJ.

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds will gladly be given for returns of items misrepresented in the auction, damaged in transit, or DOA.  In order to receive a refund you must constact us through EBAY Messaging within 3 days of the item's delivery; 7 days for DOA issues.  The product must be returned unused and/or in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of the items delivery.
Items MUST be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

The DOA warranty covers electronic parts and physical hardware. Any software, firmware, drivers, registration, security code, license, update, patch, initialization routine or anything not directly related to hardware will be up to the buyer to configure, install and/or update. Buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility with their equipment before purchasing. If the product arrives damaged or fails to perform as indicated in the description, contact us within ten (10) days from date of arrival for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will provide a refund. If a similar item is available, we will provide a replacement.

Items sold As-Is, untested, not working, or non-functional have NO warranty and it is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of what they are purchasing. No RMA will be issued for any item sold As-Is. The product is subject to final inspection before your return will be processed. We hope you understand that we must adhere to this return policy in order to keep our prices low, and to pass the savings on to our customers. 
All serial numbers are recorded or the items are marked to prevent swapping and returning with a defective item.
