Special 10-inch, one-sided Victor pressing - Not For Sale - 78rpm - Blank reverse has Victor logo back-plate. . . Record begins as movie actor John Miljan introduces other speakers. Marion Davies welcomes the group on behalf of Mr. Nicholas Schenck, Mr. Mayer, and Mr. Thalberg. Joe Weber, President of the AFM speaks to the group. Next, Robert Montgomery says a few words, then has to return to work. It is announced that the group will now see an actual scene being filmed for "Speak Easily" with Buster Keaton and Jimmy Schnozzle Durante. . . (Keaton is not heard, but Durante does a couple of Hot-cha-chas while playing piano. Announcer at end states that this recording was made at the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios in Culver City on June 13, 1932. Condition V+ or slightly better, and plays very well and clear.
