Contains two-sided insert; one side has lyrics (re-done in a cursive font) and other has photo of band. Sleeve and labels are based on later Caroline represses, including Caroline logo and "Evilive" C+P info.
Distributor informed record retailers that 500 were made, across seven colors: Clear, White, Grey, Dark Green, Lime Green, Red, and Yellow.
