Record is VG- to VG:  Record plays through without skipping but does have surface noise basically throughout.  This record, in my opinion, is still very enjoyable and a acceptable copy of this rare gem.  There is some subtle yet audible crackle throughout and there are some clicks here and there but nothing overly repetitive (in my opinion).  

Cover is VG- to VG:  Top and bottom seams as well as the spine have been taped.  Please look at pictures
