The Original Pete Drake Talking Machine
This is a guitar effect, similar to a talk box, it is connected to an amp and uses a rubber hose run to your mouth to create a talking guitar effect. Pete Drake was one of the first to use such an effect, He used it in conjunction with a steel guitar, during the sixties. Although it can be used in conjunction with any amplified guitar. This is His design.
This device was buried in my Grandfathers closet for years. It appears to be in good shape other than some small dings. I believe it is from the sixties.
