This listing is for:

an original 16 2/3 rpm 9 inch record used in the summer of 1964 in department stores and office buildings as background music. Companies would get a subscription service for the "Seeburg" machine and a regular supply of new records to play. Being 16 2/3 rpm, they may not have had quite the same audio fidelity, but they could play for much longer without the interruption of turning over a record.

vinyl :  the record is clean and glossy with a few light marks in original wax paper liner sleeve.

 I use the Goldmine Grading System

"P"  "G"  "VG"  "NM"  "MINT" with "+" and "-" to add precision.

"MINT" only exists if record is sealed and still perfect.

 "VG+" is a  really nice record with only a few issues.
