VG+ Original STERLING R.E.M. Chronic Town EP I.R.S. SP 70502 VPI Cleaned

Goldmine Standards (on the conservative side)
Vinyl: VG+ or better. Very nice vinyl, only a few very light surface marks. Cleaned on a VPI HW17 and stored in a new inner sleeve. 
Cover: VG+, very nice  cover, only a 1" wear spot in the center of the spine.

All of my LPs are shipped in a plastic sleeve with 2 heavy duty cardboard inserts, and a heavy duty shipping box! I have not had one record damaged in transit. Even shipping 78s to the other side of the Earth!
