General Notes

Condition
The records I am selling are from my collection and are thus, used. I have always aspired to take as good care of them as possible, and try to be as honest as possible with condition notes. Please read these carefully before bidding and if you have any questions, fire away: I am quick to respond.

Packaging

Please note that I package records very carefully. It is always in a poly sleeve, then wrapped in newsprint, followed by a layer of bubble wrap, then sandwiched between firm card or cardboard (both sides) before wrapped with shipping kraft paper. I’ve not had a record arrive damaged. If you have specific shipping requests please ask at payment. I ship packages out as quickly as possible (usually next day if the post office is open) so cannot fulfill packaging requests after purchase.

Shipping

As the records are coming from Toronto, Canada, some things to note:

Canadian buyers receive tracking information with standard shipping Regular Parcel. Nice and easy.

American buyers, the standard Small Packet (i.e. cheapest) shipping takes 6-10 business days and does not come with tracking. If you would like tracking you will need to select the pricier option of Tracked Packet. Shipping is typically pretty quick.

International buyers, please be aware that shipping can take a long time. For South America, UK and Europe, it is up to 2 months. Australia maybe even a bit longer. I understand that any kind of tracked shipping is expensive and as records are, relatively speaking, not that expensive, the standard will usually be selected. I cannot be responsible for the duration of shipping nor for the practices of your local postal services. Please be patient and know that once the record is shipped, it’s out of my hands. If you are concerned or nervous about shipping, please let me know if you would like to select a fancier option with tracking and insurance.

I recommend insurance for records over $50!
