Pearl: Go To The Mirror. Rare, great LP! Songs include: "Keep Your Love Alive" / "Go To The Mirror" / "Stone Cold Crazy" / "Fool For The City" / "Good Lovin' Gone Bad" / "Bring It On Home" & "I'm So Afraid" -
Original copy, c. 1977 - bonus is that LP is
unopened, still sealed! Record label is Illusion -
Interesting facts: The Illusion label was a mysterious, short-lived, mid-70s,
tax scam label. Based in Hollywood, Florida, former Blues Image, Iron
Butterfly, Ramatam, and Thee Image singer / guitarist Mike Pinera was
apparently the brainchild behind Illusion. In addition to putting out a series
of Blues Image albums, the Illusion catalog includes an album with Pinera on
guitar and vocals (The Fanz), as well as a couple of albums seemingly recorded
by Pinera with friend / Cactus keyboardist Duane Hitchings (Charmer's
"Your Presence Requested" and "Do It To It"). Pinera also
seems to have been the creative force responsible for signing and producing
most of the acts to the label.
Other cool LP's on Illusion: Hopney, Sage, Axis -
