 Our Grading System

We aim to give the best and most honest service that we can provide and so that our buyers can buy with confidence we use the following grading system.

MINT (M) : This item is still sealed therefore unplayed

NEAR MINT (NM) : This item is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.

Very Good Plus (VG+) : . The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing. It should be reminded that a record graded as excellent should not be confused with Mint or Near Mint and may have very fine or light marks or lines usually caused by sleeve rub.

VERY GOOD (VG) : This item has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G) : This item has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated, with some distortion or skips due to scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR (F) : This item is still just playable but it has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained or defaced.

We grade the sleeve and record separately, therefore it could be possible to find a NEAR MINT Disc and a VERY GOOD Sleeve. We do this as we feel it is better to grade the record separately from the sleeve to give a clearer appraisal. Also we may fine tune the grading by adding +/- so the buyer can gauge a true representation of the item that they are purchasing.




You are kindly requested to read carefully the descriptions of the products before you decide to buy any of them. Our main concern is for you to be 100% content from any of your purchase and we promise to do whatever possible for your satisfaction. Most of the objects are vintage which means they are old, collectable objects and not new. Please check in the list the condition of every product individually. Vintage objects have more or less deteriorations from the passing of time. To find out how much worn those objects are please look carefully at the photos. In every list we make as much detailed description as we can. Naturally it is possible to forget something. In any case, please do not hesitate to contact us for any question you may have. We are willing to help you in just few hours.




 
The vinyls are packed correctly with recyclable materials so as to be protected during the transportation. The cost of the package materials is included in the transport expenses. We are shipping 2 to 3 times per week and not daily in order to reassure that the products have been packed correctly and to avoid any potential mistakes. We use the Hellenic post for our shipping, which is the cheapest way of all. Greek post - offices are relatively cheap and secure enough.
100% of our products we post it by register air mail which means that you have to sign in order to receive and nobody is going to leave them on the street, in some neighbors house etc. The time of the delivery vary from country to country. It usually takes 5 - 10 working days starting from the day we send the parcel, although in some cases, there is a possibility to exceed that time limit for unknown reasons like a problem with the post - offices, bad weather conditions etc. If you cant effort to wait this time please buy only from a local seller .We will be very pleased if you purchase more than one vinyl from our shop. Of course, in that case you will have a discount in the transport expenses. If you are interested for more vinyls please do not hesitate to contact us in order to ask the final transport expense.

Please be sure the shipping address provided to us IS the correct address you want your items shipped to. We ARE NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded for your order when they do not arrive. Its not hard-your spending YOUR money which YOU earned-be responsible enough to have the correct shipping address posted.

From the moment we send our products we bare no responsibility for the local customs of every country. That responsibility is exclusively yours. In case a product, for any reason , is stuck in customs we bare no responsibility and the shipping back to us is done with the buyers expenses.

PAYMENTS

Payments are usually done with pay pal which is the most secure and fast way. Please have in mind that we send our products only at the address you declare at the pay pal form and nowhere else. For big amounts of money, we have the legal right to call you on the phone as well as get in touch with the bank you collaborate in order to confirm that the specific credit card you use with pay pal is yours and not stolen. That occurs in few occasions for your safety as well as ours.In the case you are from Greece you can pay by bank tranfer or in cash .
