Dave Matthews Band
Before These Crowded Streets
Label: RCA – 07863 67660-1
Condition: Gatefold Sleeve NM / Vinyl NM shiny (both discs)
This record comes from an amazing collection of about 2,500 LPs I recently acquired in Plainfield, New Jersey. The collector began his collection in the late 60's and continued to buy 60's garage/psych albums when they were cut outs in the early 70's. The collection has a remarkable number of rare major and minor label garage, psych, psych folk, proto-metal, prog, hard rock and even proto-punk gems. There was even a number of records sealed from this era. There's even some soul records! Some of the highlights include original Velvet Underground, Led Zeppelin, Frank Zappa, Lee Hazlewood, Brian Eno, Captain Beefheart as many as well hard to find one-album groups. The records are mostly in terrific condition-- covers are mostly in VG+ or better shape, the vinyl often in EX, although some have slight storage warps to them (which will be noted in the description). Be sure to for more records on sale from this one-of-a-kind collection this week!Shipping:

About me: I'm a longtime 60's rock/R'n'B DJ and collector. I've been eBaying since 1999, but in 2016 I turned my hobby of buying record collections into a business! I love records THAT much. I grade my records based on how I would BUY them, not how I want to sell them.Payment:
PayPal. Required within 7 days of auction close or your order is cancelled and I will relist the item.
Take a look at this week for more vinyl goodies!
GRADING (Done visually, based on Goldmine)Near Mint (NM or M-)
The record should show no obvious signs of wear and will be glossy/shiny. A sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling. No cracks, scratches or warps.
Excellent (EX or VG++)
One or two light marks visible on the disc at most, otherwise full gloss. No cracks, scratches or warps. Sleeve shows 1-2 marks, nothing too major, maybe at the edges.
Very Good Plus (VG+)
A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled.
Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Maybe also slight warps that do not affect the sound.
Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly bent corners, or a slight seam split.
Very Good (VG)
Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during the intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers.
Good (G), Good Plus (G+)
A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise, scratches and groove wear. Tape, writing, seam splits, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.
What's Included With Your Record Purchase
Please read my description thoroughly. The only items included with your purchase are the ones described in the listing. If something is not mentioned in the description, it is probably not included with the item (for example, original inner sleeves, inserts, posters, etc). If you're not sure, send me a message.
I ship all records in new, sturdy mailers with cardboard filler pads. I separate the discs from the sleeves to avoid damage during shipping. I pack the covers in new thin plastic sleeves and the discs in new white paper sleeves
