Originally released in 1964, this is a 1972 first re-issue of AS-55 "Tell it the way it is!" with Paul Gonsalves sax, Johnny Hodges sax, Walter Bishop Jr. piano, Ray Nance trumpet, Osie Johnson drums, Rolf Ericson trumpet and Ernie Shepard bass.
Vinyl with Van Gelder in deadwax is NM and gatefold sleeve rated VG+ due to drill hole lower left, slight ring wear and lower left corner wear. No split seams, cuts or markings.
