OUR HOURS:  We typically work a normal 5 day week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 to 5:00.  We will respond to all e-mails, but typically answers will take 24 hours to arrive.  Do not expect a response after hours or during the weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS: We use USPS for our shipments. Items are shipped either first class mail or media mail. If you would like items shipped priority mail we can provide you a new shipping quote. Please refer to the Shipping and Payments tab (above) for postage prices.

WE ARE REASONABLE PEOPLE:  If there’s a problem with your purchase, please contact us and let us know.  As buyers too, we always want to provide you with a great buying experience!

UNPAID WINNINGS:  You buy, you pay, we ship (or you pick up in the store), you get the merchandise.  If payment is not made in the time specified, we will issue an unpaid item notice to eBay and you'll get a strike.  The item will be re-listed and you'll be blocked from our auctions.  If there is a problem or you are waiting on another item to come down, send an e-mail to let us know.

MAKING OFFERS: We consider each offer as they come in and respond accordingly. We encourage all customers to submit offers if the option is available at what they feel is the appropriate selling price if they do not agree with the asking price.
