Record; VG+ or Ex, with few very light hairlines. 
Sleeve; VG+ to EX both sleeve and innersleeve.  

My grading: I use the goldmine graduation because it is the most useful graduation system. I grade all the way from NM to P(oor), which means a VG record is NOT a busted record. Keep this in mind when you bid on my auctions; many sellers grade from NM to VG by using Ex+, Ex, Ex-, VG++, VG+ etc. which in the end means a VG record is a busted record and this is not the idea of the grading system.  I don't grade NM unless the record has been in my own collection since new. The highest grade I give used records, which haven't been in my own collection since new, is Ex.
