Grading: Vinyl: EX Cover's: EX   I always recommend professional clean due these records have  sat in their sleeves for over 40-50+ years!  Sleeve residue can stick to vinyl. A  proffesional clean will remove should you want to.

Excellent (EX): The record shows signs of being played,but there is very little lessening in sound quality,

occasional light scratch.
