All USA shipping has delivery confirmation.             International shipping to countries with Delcon service has tracking.Other international shipping has no tracking after the package leaves the USA.

International first class orders over $50.00 have third party shipsaver insurance included in the shipping cost

orders over $100.00 will add $1.00 for each $100.00 to the invoice unless registered

Domestic orders over $100.00 will have third party shipsaver insurance for $.79 for each $100.00 added to the invoice

Orders to countries with no Delcon tracking service for over $100.00 will probably require registered mail at $13.50 extra

Orders to countries with Delcon tracking service for over $250.00 may require registered mail at $13.50 extra

International first class mail may take 5 days to 2 months to arrive

International Insurance claims can be filed after 45 days up to 60 days

Domestic claims can be filed after 21 days 

A signed statement will be required by the buyer

If damaged keep the item,box and packing

I grade records visually and try to be very conservative

I usually add comments relating to the amount and degree of scuffs and scratches,wear and often play grading    If I detect a warp I will add to the description

My ebay handling time is set at 5 business days which does not include Friday or Saturday.Most items are shipped out within several days.Sometimes it can take longer if I am out of town buying or have a lot of mail to process

after I print the shipping label a tracking number will be uploaded to ebay and an automated e-mail sent out
