For all the old-school DJs who collect vinyl, I have 27 crates of hip hop, r&b, house, club, and Baltimore club music collected between 1981 and the early 2000s. Retail value is approximately $8k, selling for $1200. Records are in excellent condition, with 98% still in the original sleeve. They've been stored in a climate-controlled room. Must purchase entire collection.
