TCHAIKOVSKY Romeo and Juliet Giulini COLUMBIA LP Blue/Silver Stereo SAX 2483!

Original UK LP with laminated flip back sleeve and the original Made in England flip over top, thin/flimsy paper inner sleeve.

Released in 1963 on the COLUMBIA label (Blue/Silver, Stereo).

Sleeve/Record: EXCELLENT-/EXCELLENT CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)

Clean sleeve displays light partial record sleeve ring wear, has a small touch of laminate lift on/hugging the top front spine’s edge, spine has a couple of small sleeve print knocks/splitting, with the sleeve print relativity unaffected, also has the original (1960s old money/pre decimal) price sticker on the back sleeve. Sleeve has no rips/tears, no edge wear (apart from mentioned on the spine), no seems splits and no deep lined sleeve creases, overall condition is EXCELLENT- (minus). The original paper inner sleeve is a different design from the standard one found on the Columbia releases, however the design fits the period of issue, overall condition is VERY GOOD, lightly creased and small bottom middle edge split evident.

Labels are clean and unmarked, has a few faint tiny/minimal light touches of spindle hole sheen trail marks, KT labels stampers are proud and intact, showing lightly played. Playing surfaces and matrix areas retain the original full original glossy sheen on both sides, displays a few small (minimal and almost negligible) feather light, hairline surface scuffs, which only appear/show up when angled and viewed closely under a strong bright light. Overall record’s appearance is EXCELLENT condition. Record plays EXCELLENT on both sides, emits mainly a clean sound with no loud/audible background crackles or pops, does have a few odd low level background passing clicks and some low level background surface noise, mainly evident during the very quiet musical passage, however overall these are relatively minor.
