The vinyl visually grades N/M. After nearly 70 years it still maintains it's glossy finish. The record play grades N/M a nd the labels are still clean and fresh. Unfortunately there is no sleeve for this record but it comes with it's original polylined Columbia inner sleeve.All in all a very nice copy.
