Original and rare Japanese EP from 1961. Comes with picture / lyrics insert and Victor company sleeve.

DISC: visually grades as VG++ (a few minor scuff marks, none of them are feelable, very clean labels.) Play-grades EX 
COVER INSERT: VG+ (No writing anywhere. A few very small brownish spots on the back and a few small tears, most noticeably in the bottom right corner.)
Company sleeve is in excellent condition: clean with no significant wear.
