Payment

Payment Types Accepted: Paypal Only

All payments on items must be received within 48 hours of auction close or Buy-It-Now purchase (including Offers that have been accepted.) Invoices and payment reminders will be sent 24 hours if payment has not been received and purchase agreement will be voided after 48 hours if payment has still not been received. If purchase agreement is voided, a non-payment violation will be recorded with eBay and item will be relisted if it was a Buy-It-Now or offered to the next highest bidder if an auction. If you have any issues related to payment not being with 48 hours, please contact me and I will be more than welcome to extend the time if given valid reasoning.

Shipping

Shipping rates are indicated in the shipping field. All items will be dispatched the same day if payment has cleared before 2pm EST (Monday-Thursday) or 4pm EST on Fridays. I do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday unless it is on rare occasion. If items do need to be shipped out on days and times not specified, an additional fee may occur. Please contact me before purchasing if this is the case. All shipping includes tracking unless otherwise noted and will be recorded on eBay once the item has been marked as shipped. If there is an error with the tracking number, please contact me and I will send valid receipt with confirmation. I check on items that are in route and will send an update if I see there is a problem with you not receiving a product. Insurance for Priority Shipping will be included at the standard $50 for items worth $50-$99 and all items that exceed that value will have the additional issurance included free of charge up to the original posting price if offer is accepted or the closing auction amount. (i.e. $65 item will have $50 issurance; $120 item will have $120 issurance)

Returns

Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense and must be equal to or greater than the service that was used for the original received shipping, including any additional services and insurance that was included. Return exclusions include any and all game/movie/audio products and any item was that was damaged by the purchaser after the item was received in the condition specified. There is also a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items with the exception of those items covered under the eBay Money-Back-Guarantee. If you have any questions on returns, please contact me prior to purchase and I will be more than welcome to clarify any concerns.
