VERY NICE, CLEAN mono copy of the Elvis Presley Christmas LP (matrices 12S/14S, large dog, "Long 33 1/3 Play" at bottom), with "Blue Christmas" and other holiday faves, along with the 4 spirituals that were originally released on an EP.  The condition of both the disc and jacket is EX-hardly any surface noise on the LP and only minor wear on the bottom of the jacket with no major splits.

My pricing policy has changed, primarily because of the labor intensive nature of selling records. I am very choosy about the records I sell here, and I even try to be even more critical than a lot of ebay record dealers.  Some reasons for the change are: If a record is not shiny without visible scratches, I use the SpinClean system which is safe and effective and leave your records as clean as possible. I even clean and repair outer sleeves (and sometimes inner sleeves as well!) should they have some reparable damage (e.g., an open seam, surface grime, and the like) and do everything I can to take out any musty smells. I inspect and play-grade every record I sell, with no noise filter so I hear EVERYTHING to make sure my grading is totally honest, except for still-sealed records. (See my grading scale, below).  Once this has been done to a record, it is put away-YOU will be the next one to play it. I use heavy-duty cardboard and bubble wrap in my mailers, not only to save you money, but to protect your investment as it wings its way to you. I ship your purchases usually within 24 hours of receiving your payment. I offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee should you feel I have exaggerated your record’s condition. Just send it back to me in the shape in which you found it, and I’ll refund your purchase price, including your initial shipping cost, unless the shipping was free, which it usually is if the order was at least $10. If you prefer to keep the record, I will issue you a partial refund (or credit for a future purchase).  I pride myself on being tough on grading records and usually grade lower than what some people would determine (I have had a number of customers say that a rating I gave to something they purchased seemed lower than they would have done, which I take as a compliment.).
Record Grading  SS (Still sealed)-unopened and un-played; condition unknown. M (Mint)-extraordinarily clean, quiet, and virtually unmarked, except perhaps for a very light spindle track on the label; may not have been played. NM (Near Mint)-clean and quiet, regardless of scuffs, hairline scratches or apparent defects. EX (Excellent)-less quiet than NM, with a bit more background noise, regardless of its source. VG+ (Very good plus)-noisier than EX; will say why. VG (Very good)-noisier than VG+; will say why. G (Good)-a record that has been enjoyed A LOT. Surface marks will be apparent and scratches are possible. Luster may be lost. Surface noise may dominate playback. I ONLY SELL THESE IF THE RECORD IS EXTREMELY RARE-IF THE TITLE IS FAIRLY COMMON I WILL ONLY SELL VG/ G CONDITION.  WE DO NOT SELL RECORDS IN FAIR OR BELOW CONDITION.
Cover Grading (any significant blemish not mentioned in the descriptions below will be included above) SS (Still Sealed) M (Mint)-a cover that looks like it has not been handled. Sharp corners and no visible blemishes. NM (Near Mint)-a cover with only minor shelf wear. A record that has clearly been stored properly  EX (Excellent)-a cover that does have minor blemishes- wear to corners, light ring wear, etc. An average cover condition. VG+ (Very Good+)-a cover that shows distinct wear from handling. There may be ring wear, minor discoloring, edge, and spine wear and less than 1.5 inch seam split(s). VG (Very Good)-a cover that has some damage, but is still intact. Ring wear may be heavy; there may be seam splits and stains. G (Good)-a cover that holds the record. Structural damage may be apparent. The picture should show obvious blemishes.
