A Monach junior for steel needle or a Pathe 30 for Diamond stylus.If you play those records on 78rpm modern turntables you could found some defects not audible with original gramophones.

E Excellent. Virtually no trace of groove wear with only minimal traces of use and handling.

E = Record with slight degree if groove wear, but not enough to seriously detract from its audio quality.

V + + Obviously well played but still enjoyable. Noticeable greying in the grooves

V + Very well worn but listenable Expect the surface noise to be significant. There may be stressed grooves.
