*Please note: Payment via PayPal E-check will take 3 to 6 business days to process prior to shipping. Shipping will be executed when funds are transferred from your bank account to eBay to cover the purchase. We will only send out items once a payment has been made.

Shipping: We will ship your order out within 2 business day (48 hours), after receiving payment (Monday through Friday). Any orders made after 1:30 PM on a Friday or during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), will be shipped out the following Monday. Shipping time varies between 2 - 11 business days via Canada Post or USPS. We only ship to the shipping address that you input during checkout. If your address is not verified by PayPal, we might take additional steps to verify your address. If we are unable to verify your address, we may try to contact you via email or phone to verify, if our efforts fail in making contact with you, your order may be canceled. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses, any additional shipping charges caused by an undeliverable parcel will be charged to the customer. SHIPPING TO CANADA OR USA ONLY.

Return Policy: All items are guaranteed against showing up DOA (Dead On Arrival). We will gladly replace any item that should arrive DOA. Please contact us via email through eBay within 7 business days of receiving your item. Please include your full name and the item that you purchased in your email so that arrangements can be made for returned shipping at our expense. Once we receive the item back at our facility, a full refund will be issued asap. All orders returned due to the wrong size, dislike of the item and/or wrong item ordered must be shipped back at the buyers' expense.
