This is a very nice copy of this Album. The album is clean with a grade of Near Mint. It is hard to tell if this was ever used or not. It is perfectly flat and the outer sleeve is Excellent and not NM due to a little tape shown in the pictures. The Inner sleeve is Near Mint. See my pictures. Ask any questions you may have.
