You are looking at the European 1999 vinyl release (4894191) of Nas' album 'I Am'. It was released as a double LP.
The release is in pretty much decent condition. The sleeve has a few creases where the vinyl actually is if that makes sense, in the corners. I have taken photos of the 3 corners - left side top and bottom and right bottom. You have to hold the sleeve at a certain angle to see them. At worse on the back it looks like Nas has a scar on his head. Also on the back is a small price sticker for when I bought it from an independent record shop nearly all 19 years ago (£16.99! yikes).
